TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR ACCEPTANCE BY SIGNING UP FOR PROGRAMS, SERVICES SERVICES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS SERVICE LICENSE MEANS THAT YOU (the "Client") ARE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SERVICE LICENSE AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AFTER TODAY'S DATE. Jasmine Bee Inc. agrees to provide You (the "Client") with access to the SERVICE, PROGRAM, AND/OR DIGITAL PRODUCT(S).
By purchasing SERVICES, PROGRAMS, AND/OR DIGITAL PRODUCTS from Jasmine Bee (O/A Brittany Raskob), you (or "Client) agree and consent to the following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the "Service, "Program," "Course," or "Digital Product" and that form a legal agreement between you and Jasmine Bee Inc.
EARNING DISCLAIMER
Jasmine Bee Inc. cannot provide any guarantees regarding results or earnings associated with our SERVICE, PROGRAM, COURSES, MASTERMINDS AND/OR DIGITAL PRODUCT. Although there are successful clients & students, including those who have provided testimonials, their results may not be typical for everyone and they are not intended to guarantee, promise, represent and/or assure that you will achieve similar results from the SERVICE, PROGRAM, AND/OR DIGITAL PRODUCT. Each person’s success and results depends on many factors, including dedication, desire, action, and motivation. Client accepts the risk of not achieving any results (or less than desirable results) from participating in the SERVICE, PROGRAM, AND/OR DIGITAL PRODUCT.
PURCHASING AGREEMENT
Client is responsible for paying for the Service, Program, or Digital Product in full.
PAYMENT PLANS
If Client chooses a monthly payment plan or installment plan for the Service, Program, or Digital Product, Client-hereby authorize and give permission to Jasmine Bee Inc. to automatically charge your payment method. Client is responsible for providing Coach with a valid credit card or other payment method. For all courses, programs and masterminds, if you are paying through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment regardless if you leave the program or do not complete it in the time-frame provided.
FAILED PAYMENTS
In the event that Client's payment for the Service, Program, or Digital Product is not successfully submitted and received (or has been declined) by JASMINE BEE INC. the card will automatically charge the client within 3 days. Jasmine Bee Raskob reserves the right to withdraw the client from services at any time if the payment is late or not received. The client agrees that any late payments will be made within seven (7) days, or Client's access to the Program will discontinue until outstanding balance is settled. Should you fail to submit a successful payment within seven (7) days of the failed payment, Client agrees they are still held responsible for all payments equating to the full cost of the program/service. If payments are late, you will be removed from any current program until payments are back in good standing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jasmine Bee (O/A Brittany Raskob) disclaims any liability for your reliance on any opinions or advice contained during the duration of the SERVICE, PROGRAM, AND/OR DIGITAL PRODUCT. Any third party links to products or services are subject to separate terms and conditions. Jasmine Bee Inc. and Jasmine Bee (O/A Brittany Raskob) is/are not responsible for or liable for any content on or actions taken by such third party websites. Although Coach may recommend third party sites, products, or services, it is your responsibility to fully vet such third parties before entering into any transaction or relationship with them.
REFUND POLICY
Jasmine Bee Inc. is not issuing refunds. The service is requested at the clients own choice and with inherent singular responsibility.
PROGRAMS: COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Given the downloadable nature of all Programs, Courses & Digital Products, no refunds will be offered after content has been accessed, viewed, and consumed. For Courses & Digital Products (Live or Evergreen) If you are paying through a payment plan, you agree to complete each payment for the total amount of the program. There are no refunds.
PROGRAMS: SERVICES, MASTERMINDS & PRIVATE COACHING PACKAGES
Given the time and energy provided in Services, Masterminds, Sessions, & Packages, no refunds will be offered after Private Services, Sessions, & Packages that have begun, are in progress, or have been rendered. For all programs and masterminds, if you are paying through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment regardless if you leave the program or do not complete it in the time-frame provided. There are no refunds.
CIRCUMSTANTIAL DISCLAIMER
If at any time, for any reason, Jasmine Bee or Client foresees that coaching relationship or Program participation is no longer of mutual benefit and integrity, you will be released from Service/Program/Digital Product without refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Services & Programs include materials protected by copyright AND are owned by Jasmine Bee and Jasmine Bee Inc. Such materials include but are not limited to written text, guidebooks, videos, audio,, photos, designs, and graphics. Any reproduction or unauthorized use shall constitute infringement. Coach provides you with this Service, Program, AND/OR Digital Product solely for your personal, noncommercial use and you agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement.

Jasmine Bee Inc. and Jasmine Bee (O/A Brittany Raskob) are not responsible for or liable in anyway for your personal and professional results. Our brand aims to nurture you with the highest standards, tools, teachings, services & programs, but we are not responsible for how you do or do not integrate them or leverage them. The Client accepts they are 100% responsible for their progress and results from each program, container or coaching space they enter within.
HOLD HARMLESS
The client assumes full responsibility for any actions they take in their personal and professional life. By entering this agreement, the client agrees to hold Jasmine Bee Raskob (O/A Brittany Raskob) and Jasmine Bee Inc. harmless against any legal claims, actions, or judgments that may arise from their own decisions and actions. Neither Jasmine (O/A Brittany Raskob) nor Jasmine Bee Inc. assumes any responsibility or liability for the client's actions.
DISCLAIMER
Jasmine Bee is not a financial advisor, psychotherapist, or consultant. All Content within her programs are for educational purposes only and merely cite personal opinions & views. The SERVICE, PROGRAM, AND/OR DIGITAL PRODUCT does not provide any professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological services or advice. None of the content of the service or digital product cures or treats any mental or medical condition. Client accepts responsibility for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
JURISDICTION
This agreement between you, the user, and Jasmine Bee Inc. shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of British Columbia, and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of British Columbia in any proceeding related to this agreement.
